Shipping policy
This policy covers the shipping policy at launch i.e. only shipping original artwork within the UK and shipping fine art prints within the UK and USA.
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
· United Kingdom: 3–4 working days
· USA: 6–10 working days
These delivery times are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside our control and may be affected by courier networks, local postal services or other external factors.
Dispatch & Delivery
Estimated delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.
Delivery estimates do not include production time.
Shipping Delays
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
· Courier or postal services
· Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
· Events outside our reasonable control, including weather disruption or industrial action
Risk & Title
Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once your order has been dispatched and handed to the delivery carrier.
